▸ WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days within the US. You can also track your order directly on our Order Tracking page.

▸ WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
We specialize in plus-size fashion but we have ranging from XS to 7XL (equivalent to US sizes 2W–40W). Each product includes a detailed size chart — we recommend measuring yourself before ordering.

▸ CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, they are sent for processing and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at support@xlshapes.com.

▸ AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will reship the missing item at no cost.

▸ I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM.
We sincerely apologize. Please email us at support@xlshapes.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund within 48 hours.

▸ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options may become available in the future.
