Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $100 or more — no coupon code needed.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within *1–3 business days* after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Address changes are possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at support@xlshapes.com if you need to update your address.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard shipping only. We are working on adding expedited options in the near future.

What if I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Most orders ship together in one package. In some cases, items may ship separately depending on availability. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
